I signed up for 6 months - was going to go for more soon
I found that some of my scripts which ran prefectly fine on all of my other sites would not run on acehost. They kept telling me the scripts were bad.
Since I got this website to install those turnkey businesses on, and they highly touted a 30 day no questions asked money back guarantee - I asked for a refund. At least 10 times - billing would never answer me and it was clear they were trying to wait out the 30 days. I got their live chat (where they take orders from new people) and he told me he was with the server above them and had no connection with them. I finally got several message to tech support and told them I was going to file a complaint with their attorney general and they finally answered - acknowledging that I had a refund coming and finally reversed the charge on my credit card. I would not recommend them to anyone. |

Nothing special about them.
They were average hosting. Customer service was average as was the rest of there service. I dont think I would recomend them to anyone. I finally left when they told me I needed to upgrade an account. |

Price too high for options
I'm very happy with the uptime and server speed. sad enough the options like addon domains and parked domain are not include in the packages. And they cost a lot of money. If you don't need the extra's go for it! |
