Good customer support

 I am happy with their customer support but would suggest some improvements in server speed. I will be continuing my service with them. I will recommend their service to others

UNIX Unlimited Plan Is Very Cost Effective

 The cost of Altaway's UNIX Unlimited plan is approximately $1 a day. They provide a virtual UNIX server environment - no clunky control panel. There is no limit on file space but there is a limit to the size of the database. Response time seems good as does the response of the database server. Occasionally email is a problem when the mail file file locks up but this doesn't happen often. Overall I'm very satisfied.
