The customer support is terrible!
The customer support of this host was terrible! They took ages to reply to me and they often got confused about simple matters like transferring domains and DNS. At one point they even told me to leave the alone because they were busy - I wouldn't expect that from a host.
Really the only good thing was the price, for £12 a year I got about 300MB bandwidth a month, 2 GB space and cPanel. |
