Bell's speed is better than competitors!
This host is very fast compared to other hosts used, such as Rogers. While the price is quite similar, the service provided is far better. Also, their customer service is actually helpful. |

Server Limit
I found that bell web hosting was worth it for its price. It wasn't the best, but I got what I paid for. However, my only problem with Bell is its Server Limit. A lot of my friends couldn't access my site because of it. It'd be nice if you guys could increase it. |

Good but bad customer service
Good uptimes and we had great speeds reported by our users.
The biggest problem was the waits we would have for technical support.
Other than that they also provided lots of email addresses that we needed and they were responsive to our emails for help.
The speeds and server uptime was impressive. |

For me, the biggest plus about using sympatico is the speed of there service.
my family and my experince with sympatico so far has been good with some difficult parts in between. the cost of the service for my family has been a high price, but i must also comment on how fast and reliable the service has been. the customer service was friendly for the most part, but there were occasions where we would call and the service would be not as helpful as it should be (you might call and the person on the other line is impatint, for example).but also there has been some truly friendly people who have helped us in calling for help with the service.i think to anyone subscribing to the service it is best to watch out for the price, and for being put on there calling list (as subscribers we were called once a month or more to tell us about services we could buy, and it was tough to get them to stop at first, but eventualy they were kind enough to do so). for the service it's self i can say that it is by far the fastest and most dedicated i have come across, and might be good for those who are active online users who would enjoy the speed. |
