Pretty good bang for the buck here
Started using them a few months ago while my other hosting company wanted more money. did a little research and found Catch Free.

CATCH FREE
They provide 500MB space and 10GB bandwidth per month.
Usual unlimited features such as MySQL, email, subdomains etc.
Has live support. An excellent webhost for beginners. |
