Sketchy company; bad support
Chapter Zero Hosting is run by a very sketchy company with an unclear address that is actually a UPS store. They never pick up the heavily advertised phone, and if you communicate with their "support staff" you are likely to confuse them more rather than getting your problems solved. They are quick to take your money, but not so quick to offer the support that they claim to have.
I've read horror stories of people being shut off of Chapter Zero Hosting for no reason -- with no backup or explanation. What's more scary is that their privacy policy is directly copied from 2Advanced.net (a legitimate hosting company) with their name replaced... except for in one paragraph in it where you can clearly see this:
(a). Conform to the edicts of the law or comply with a legal process served on Chapter Zero Hosting's website. (b). Protect and defend the rights or property of 2Advanced, or visitors of 2Advanced.net. (c). Identify persons who may be violating the law, the legal notice, or the rights of third parties. (d). Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities.
I have since moved on to a better hosting company: Hosting Zoom. They offer excellent support and they are not so sketchy. |

Support keeps me coming back.
I know that this server isn't the best, but the support is what keeps me coming back to it. I mean, if something goes wrong on the site, I am assisted immediately by 24/7 online support. That is the best part, I must say. I hosting site must have great support in order to get a vast user base. If this site didn't have the support that it has right now, I wouldn't be with it.
The interface of the control panel is easy to the eye, as well as easy to use. The control panel system is called Plesk. It is very well organized, and once again, great support with it.
The price is great, too. For $4.00 a month, you get so much to play around with. My favorite parts are, unlimited domains, unlimited emails, unlimited MySQL databases, and unlimited sub-domains. I don't know too many sites that offer all of that in one.
Check out this site today, and some of their other subdivisions. They will help you out every step of the way. |
