Great customer support
Hello,
when I signed up this company was only in business 3 or 4 months. The support has always been great. The longest I have had to wait is probably an hour. I haven't had much down time. Speed could be a little faster but it's really not bad for the price. I would recommand this company to anyone that needed webhosting or wanted an IRCd.
They are always looking to expand services. When I joined them they only provided webhosting. They then added domains. Six months ago they added IRCd hosting and webhosting re-seller accounts. I hear their looking into dedicated servers, VPS's, and IRCd re-seller accounts now. They keep getting better and the price never goes up! |
