If you are looking for a fully managed box, Clook is a good choice!
I have a reseller account with clook and support is great. However, I shied away from buying into their dedicated servers because there's no SLA attached to them. Although an SLA isn't a necessity, it helps provide important peace of mind that - in the event of something going critically wrong - you have people who will fix the situation within a specific timeframe, or offer credits in return. That's especially imporant to someone like myself, who is still getting used to a dedicated server environment. If clook offered any kind of SLA, I would have no problem at all with purchasing a server from them.
