The hosting at Dixiesys.com is almost superb. They score highly in regards to package price.
Prices range from $9.99 to $19.99 a month, however you can work with them and get rates as low as $3.95 a month or $8.95 for 1/2 a year. Depends on what kind of marketing is going on at the time, and they run a lot of specials on ebay.
