They need to rename their company to NightmareHost.com
Reliability is very very low. They have strict CPU limitations (can't run anything over 30 seconds) which renders the service useless. Also they over-subscribe each machine, where the load is consistently 20-100 and ssh response time is unbearably slow. Last month it was down for several days, and we always get at least a few reboots a day. This definitely has the best values, if you don't need to use their services.
