Yes this site does have a limited help file, but they have a GREAT customer support to make up it. You can choose from 3 hosting package the Basic (7,96$/m) Intermediate (15,96$/m) and from Advanced Hosting package (21,56$/m).Oh I want to mention that you can register and transfer your domain for just 10$/year!
