Great hosting support with dedicated staff
We are using ehostpros.com hosting from long time and recently we launched our new site interfurn.in with ehostpros.
Their support and services are real value for money and what not you get support when you required. I love to recommend anyone looking for hosting services.

Good Enough
I've had lots of problems with eHostPros over the years...
Too much down time... Unannounced software updates that break various things... Mail servers unresponsive... The latest problem is that their mail server was blacklisted because one of their other customers was sending spam. I couldn't send emails that I really needed to send.
eHostPros does not have the latest and greatest control panel. Another annoyance is that their domain management tool, their billing tool, their help desk, and their control panel are all SEPARATE. Four different sites with four different passwords to manage the various aspects of your account.
However, I can't totally trash eHostPros.
The customer service is *terse*, and so it seems unfriendly, even cold. It can be really off-putting. On the other hand, they are incredibly responsive. They reply rapidly, and this is consistent. And I've got to admit, they've actually been pretty generous to me. They've accommodated requests without charging me. (For example, they're moving me to a different server so my email will work again, and they aren't charging me, although this is normally a service they charge for.)
Their plans are cheap. They have a plan right now that costs $2.99/mo. The plan includes a lot of great stuff. You don't need to pre-order for 2 years, either.
They must be doing something right with their servers. My websites load quickly. And lately I actually haven't had any problems with downtime.
Now, I have experienced annoying downtime with eHostPros in the past. However, I've been reading reviews of other web hosts, and they all get slammed for this.
In fact, I've noticed that for any given web host, you can find a plethora of bad reviews. Why are so many people so angry about their web hosts? Why are so many web hosts so terrible? I think it's because web hosting is highly competitive, and in order to compete they all over-promise. Customers who use the basic features are generally happy, but power users discover all the crappy failings and get pissed off.
I just don't think you'll find an established, affordable web host that has no bad reviews.
So here's the verdict on eHostPros:
They're completely unreliable, and yes I recommend them. Because as far as I can tell ALL affordable web hosts are unreliable.
p.s. Beware perfect 10/10 reviews of any web host. I'm led to believe that the proprietors post positive reviews themselves. This is scummy, but actually seems to be a common practice. |

You get what you pay for.
What attracted me to ehostpros was their unbeliavable price $2.99! But there is a catch, they have almost non-existent tech support(basically restricted to emails and chat - if you are lucky enough to get a hold of them). I have several of my sites there, but I have had periodic server down times. On several occasions they have been victims of internet hackers or sheer incompetence in the way they have setup their servers.
I would avoid Ehostpros at all costs especially if you run a business. They are cheap, but that is not worth the grief. Stay away from Ehostpros |

Now a Days they are very much effective in their customer support
Their responsive time is very fast and their billing system is just superb. They are not even giving any pain and they were charging from their side, so there is no way for billing dues. I really appreciate their customer care regarding their technical support. |

The are the BEST Hosting Providers
YOU CAN HOST WITH THESE GUYS. They are the BEST. I was very much satisfied with their Hosting Services. I never faced any issue with their service since i hosted with them. They always helped me a lot in resolving the issue's. Recently when i got an issue and not able to get the site, than they shifted me to the recently upgraded server and helped me a lot. |

Ehostpros is providing good support and their response time is GOOD. I was very much satisfied with their support and i recommend you to go for it. |

I had a few problems with customer service.
I would give EHostPros an overall 8/10. There service was good, other than the minor problems I had with customer service. I would recommend EHostPro's. |

Ehostpros is a great host.
I have had many hosts in the past, but EHostPros has been by far the greatest. I have to admit that I never used MySQL - nor used support because I have mainly used EHostPros for my personal sites, but nevertheless; I have never seen a single minute of downtime. Great host. |
