Free, Good and Awesome Host
This host is great, you get a package for free with webhost, and for new webmasters this is a great webhost to use. They also provide a free website creator with it, and tons of scripts to use. The only minus i can see is the advertise, they have a big advertise banner at the top of every page. But they have a fast and free webhost that i used for 4 months when i was a newbie. :=)
