Freewebs - Not the Best Host Out There
The only thing I would even say is close to being exceptional would be the price range. Now, just because they offer a good price does not mean it is worthwhile. The server is almost always up and running, the server's speed isn't fantastic. It could be better. Freewebs' customer support is sub-par. I would not recommend using Freewebs to anyone.
