Offered a Lot for Free
I thought FreeWebs offered many features considering it was free. There were a lot of limits that free members had (like uploading only one document at a time). I didn't like that but it was the price for free hosting. However, sometimes it acted funny or the server was down, which I didn't appreciate. Also, the way their file manager was set up, it was hard to go from the page editor of one page to another. They have a simple page editor too for HTML amateurs, so that was a good thing. When I got too lazy, I used that instead. So overall, I'd say Freewebs is pretty good. It just had a few bugs, but I believe they've changed most of those in the last few months.
