Freewebs is ... AWESOME!!
Many people say Freewebs stinks, but they are wrong! For no cost at all, you get tons of professional and cool templates (plus a CSS editor, so you can edit your template with CSS!), forums, Guestbooks, blogs, a widget bank, counters, and much more. You can have a max of 20 pages, and in each page, you can have as many content boxes as you like. You get an amazing WYSIWYG (What You See If What You get) editor, thats as easy as Microsoft Word. You can insert YouTube videos right into your page, and you can insert your photos from Photobucket.com. Freewebs is your right host for a no-budget host, trust me. I have been using Freewebs for over 2 years, and have seen them evolve into a amazing web host.
