GeoCities use to be great, at present its just average.
Not much to say negative about them, however not much to say positive, however the negative things, attempting to contact them for customer support issues was dificult, I think the problem is they started off great, built a good reputation then it fell apart. I can honestly say the downtime was minimal though and the speed seemed decent though, so again I would rate them as average and if you looking for just a average web host then geocities mite be for you.
