Biggest plus - it was free. Biggest complaint - the pop up ads!!!
This was the first web host I used. The customer support was non-existant. For free hosting, though you did get a decent amount to space and number of mailbox addys. The pop-up ads annoyed people to the point that I lost vistors - my guest log was full of complaints about them.
