Best Price, Period
In my opinion, GoDaddy web hosting is the way to go. I've been using them for over a year and haven't had any complaints.
Their price is probably the best around, aswell. I haven't seen any host compete with GoDaddy's packages, but becareful with orders and renewals or you won't get the best price; Their website is a little confusing.
The only negative thing I would have to say is that their Customer Support doesn't have a very good reputation, but that's okay because problems are really unlikely.
Bottom line, GoDaddy is my first choice over any other web hosting service: I get all the storage and bandwidth I want for dirt cheap.
