Bad host ever.
I have been with them and decided to cancel within the 30 days of the moneyback plan. The next month I login to tranfer rest of my domains there, I find a noticewanting me to pay £152.74 to be able to access the control pannel and are also saying 'If payment is not received within 7 days this matter will be passed to a debt collection agency. If the debt remains unpaid we reserve the right to pass these details to a credit reference agency.'.
I wasn't able to contact them as emailing would only result in them saying 'Use the support ticket sytem', I would but I can't access the block CP! :< |
