Love Their Customer Service - Gave Prompt Refund
I host about 25 small websites in a small reseller account with another host. I am not really a reseller because all of the sites I host are either my own sites or sites I designed for other people and "gave" them free hosting by adding them to my reseller account. Anyway, last month, I searched for a new host because I needed more bandwidth, and I wanted to reconfirm that my current host was still priced competitively. While I still had my present hosting account, I opened accounts with HostGator and another company - so for a month I had some of my websites hosted at each of the 3 different hosting companies. I finally decided that my old host (SultanHosting), who I had been with for over 2 years, was doing great, and was priced OK, so why take a chance on someone else? HostGator gave me a speedy refund with no arguments at all - they said in the first 30 days that satisfaction was guaranteed or they would give me a full refund, and that's exactly what they did. That was great customer service, and if I ever need to change hosts, I will go straight to HostGator!
