Great Customer Support!
Hello,
I had purchased a reseller's account around 1.5 years ago and they have been a GREAT host so far! I haven't experienced much downtime as yet. There was a downtime once which was only due to my mistake and when I mailed them for support, they were there to help me!
The server speed has sometimes been an issue, when there are around 200 Users Online at one time, the site tends to go a BIT slow...Well that is some what expected :-)
The cost is a BIT high...but it's worth it! Plus, they give you a month free or you can say a "Test Drive" ...
I can strongly recommend any/every Admin to use this host!
