Great host, bad site.
I used to host my site (while it still was online) on Hostburst and I never had any complaints about the actual hosting. The speeds where nice, I had no downtime (that I noticed at least) and everything generally kept going just like I wanted it to. So no complaints on that part. They have low prices so it should be nice if you're on a tighter budget too.
My only actual complaint about HB that's related to the time I was hosted on it had to do with a database transfer between two servers. Without me knowing about it HB switched up to better servers (which is a good thing) but sadly my database was lost during this. This is half my fault though, anyone who have had a site for a while knows that you should keep backups of things like databases, but in this case I didn't so all was gone. The owner of Hostburst did apologize for this accident and I'm sure things have gotten better with time.
Another thing that takes down the overall score a bit is their current site. It used to be different but I can only guess that they are working on a new one at the moment I'm writing this. I can't find a way to order a server what-so-ever on the site and the overall info about them and their services is thin.
