Hostony has quick reliable customer service.
I have had to use the customer service quite a few times, mostly for minor things such as my email not working or the HELM Control Panel not working. (Yeah, I'm on Windows...whoops :( Oh well). Anyways, they have instant message chat as well as live chat on their website. I always get answers on problems solved within minutes. There are times where I have to submit a support ticket and within a matter of hours my problem has been resolved.
There was also one time where my account was charged for something I didn't order. Supossedly someone had upgraded my account without my knowlege. I sent in a ticket and within 1 day I was refunded the difference and given an apology.
I really like this company and I think that you should join with them also because they area revolution in web hosting with their cheap prices. Except for domain registration, but oh well.
Don't worry I don't work for this company so sorry if I pumped them up at all.
