far too many problems
Quite cheap, support is always available, but the biggest problem is I knew this. Every other time I needed to do something I had to contact them. Problems ranging from cpanel down, addon domains etc dropping off the system, email not working.
There is a huge lack of easily available information on server addresses etc, which could easily be solved with a few how to pages.
But the straw that broke the camels back was an extremely poorly handled server transfer.
