Deceitful, Inefficient, Unbusiness-like.
Following the financial transaction by credit card, ther service was never provided. Nine days later, still with no hosting service, I cancelled the account and requested full refund. The refund was not mailed and I reported the company to the Better Business Bureau. The BBB processed the case, and it was resolved in my favor!
