A real bad host
This must be the worst host I have ever had. The company was taken over by a man who has no idea what he's doing. He stole the template I made for the old owner, and then suspended my account.
Eventually I got backups and found a new host. However, the problem still remains that the customer support is nonexistent, and the server is slow and down regularly.
Furthermore, considering how poor the quality of hosting is, the price is astronomical! Hundreds of accounts were suspended for no reason, and many people could not retrieve a backup.
In conclusion, I would like to urge everyone to avoid hyspex web hosting AT ALL COSTS!
My new host is Hargeo (www.hargeo.com). They are excellent, with no downtime, and great value for money. Their servers are located in the world class Savvis Datacentre and chances of problems are very slim, to say the least :)
