Integrahost Maximizes Waisted Time for Customers
I find their customer support to be ridiculous! I have sat as the first caller in their customer service queue for 20 mins just to be thrown into a voicemail. I have chatted online with their online technicians for hours and have had to remind them to:
1) Be descriptive in detailing fixes. One word replies don't cut it.
2) Get back in touch with me regarding service tickets that hadn't been touched for days.
3) Chat with me on their online chat system telling me that the time I'm waiting for a reply isn't a lost cause.
More and more I'm beginning to think Integrahost doesn't have the manpower to support a good customer support staff and what little employees that work there are overwhelmed.
