Integrahost Maximizes Waisted Time for Customers
I find their customer support to be ridiculous! I have sat as the first caller in their customer service queue for 20 mins just to be thrown into a voicemail. I have chatted online with their online technicians for hours and have had to remind them to:
1) Be descriptive in detailing fixes. One word replies don't cut it.
2) Get back in touch with me regarding service tickets that hadn't been touched for days.
3) Chat with me on their online chat system telling me that the time I'm waiting for a reply isn't a lost cause.
More and more I'm beginning to think Integrahost doesn't have the manpower to support a good customer support staff and what little employees that work there are overwhelmed. |

Not my kind of host.
I was recommended by a friend to sign up with this host called Integrahost. I looked at their deals and then I look at their testimonials and I though, ok this seems alright to host with.
Within the first few days we noticed the site was going very slow all the time and alot of my community members were complaining of slow forum speeds. I complained and I was told they had issues which people spamming their servers. I thought, alright I guess they've fixed it now and everything will be normal. I guessed wrong.
They then told me they were going to move to a different server and all will be much faster. I waited and they finally moved.
I then got an email saying that my site will be down because they really messed up the files and mysql db. I had had enough by this point and cancelled. |
