Professionalism and Reliability
I moved from a webhost that I think was in some guy's garage. No support, no responses. My web site wouldn't resolve and it took over a month to fix. I move to Lunarpages and I am instantly won. Great interface, lot's of features. Support! E-mail support and I have NEVER gotten a response that took more then an hour. Plus, a great community of users and moderators who can help with anything support can't. Lunarpages can't be beat!
