Good value, great service
I have had some issues in the past with the hosting but nothing that was not resolved within a timely manor.
My e-mails to support are answered quickly and always thoroughly answered.
Over all the service has been excellent, far better than the host I was with that will remain nameless. |

Outstanding Support & Service
One thing I look for when finding a host is a high and professional level of support. Lunarpages has given this to me for over 4 years now, in which they host several sites of mine ranging from my blog to a full clan gaming network. Not only is their support outstanding, their services and prices are the best around. They have since Ive been with them, gone from 800MB a few years ago to offering 5GB just for their smallest plan.
I highly recommend them for any hosting need.

Most remarkable was able to set up and be ready to go before I could even think of getting a new account. There customer service reps. are super friendly and have answered all my questions. I would like to thanks them for making my stay here at lunarpages a superb one I know it sounds hokey and like I’m someone they pay to do this but so far so good... don’t let me down lunarpages so far you rock. |

Outstanding Support
The one thing I can say about my time with Lunarpages is that no matter what my problem has been, they have always been very helpful. This has meant a lot to me, as I am just starting out with webhosting and websites, and don't know as much as I should.
If you are like me and just starting out, I highly encourage you to give them a shot. I know you won't be disappointed! |

It's not often you come across such a well integrated web hosting outfit like this one... In fact, I had never seen one before I found Lunarpages.
Lunarpages is above bar in all aspects. They are above the rest in the industry for customer support, and they truly strive to make your hosting experience as easy and carefree as possible.
With 24/7/365 email support, and 7 days a week phone support, you always have an opportunity to get the assistance you need. With the forum community being such an integral part of the services they provide, this is a huge bonus for their customers. It's a great place to interact with other customers, new folks, and their support staff as well as their team of forum moderators. Here you can obtain a great wealth of assistance for all things even those that are not officially supported. How can you beat that? Let me tell you... You simply can not.
In nearly 3 years, my site and email have been up without fail unless it was something I botched. Even during a time this past year when nearly the entire city of LA lost power, they remained online, and fully accessible all over the world! That's something to be proud of for sure.
With the great number of freebies (unlimited databases, Parked domains, Email addresses, Free domain for as long as you are a customer and the domain is hosted with them) they provide it's definitely a place you want to be. The data transfer they offer is outstanding! and they even afford you the option to upgrade storage space as you need it... For Free!
I love these guys and gals, and will continue to host with them! They'd definitely be an 11 or better out of 10 if it were possible! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! |

Lunarpages is the BEST for the money!
I got my first Lunarpages account in June of 2002. My experience in web hosting up to that point had been abysmal at best. I figured that was just normal and you get what you paid for.
Lunarpages proved that theory wrong. My first site with Lunarpages was small and at first I found their control panel confusing, but shortly after I opened the account they updated it to something more user-friendly. Since then the plans have been upgraded (ie: more bandwidth, more storage, FREE databases now!) countless times while the price stays the same.
The uptime has been almost perfect and support has always been friendly, helpful, and quick. I'll never host my web sites anywhere else! |

Lunarpages web hosting - you won't find better service than this
I've been a satisfied customer of Lunarpages for about 3 years now. What I love about this host especially is that their Shuttle plan (the plan I've been on all this time) keeps getting better, and my cost isn't going up.
What I mean by this is that when I firsted started off with Lunarpages, I only got about 800 MB of storage space and 40 GB of bandwidth, this was still for $7.95 per month. Over the years they've gradually 'upped' these amounts. I'm now getting 5000 mb of space and 400 gb of bandwidth, and the price hasn't changed by a dime. When I first started out I had no idea that I would be getting this much space and transfer, but I guess lunarpages is seeing other web hosting companies do this so they have no choice but to compete and up these amounts. Support, Performance and Price
I have been with lunarpages since 2001.
I have had no major problems, any minor problems were my own doing and support was quick and friendly to help me out.
The value for money is unprecedented, you are getting professional hosting at budget pricing.
They have fantastico installed in cPanel so you can easily install common applications with one click.
They really are a fantastic host, they have a 30-day money back guarantee so you have nothing to loose. |

Lunarpages.....One of the Best Hosts!
I have been with Lunarpages for a little over 2 years now and have not had any problems whatsoever! Yes, I know that sounds like a canned review to some but...it's true!
I had previously been hosted elswhere but the level of customer support and the actual interest that they displayed sold me before I ever signed up. These folks genuinely care about their customers!
By utilizing their Customer Forums, I was able to ask questions concerning their hosting, their reliability, uptime, customer support, technical advice, etc. You see, I was burned at a previous host that promised me the moon but then forgot about it as soon as I signed up. I wasn't wanting a repeat of this scenario.
I have since recommended Lunarpages to each of my customers for their hosting needs and to date they have been very satisfied.
To be fair, give them a look see for yourself and visit their customer forums at www.lunarforums.com to ask your own questions. I think you'll be impressed. |

LunarPages - Shuttle Plan
I have been with lunarpages now for about 7 months. During this time my web site has been down approximately two dozen (24) times. I have asked them repeatedly to fix the problems and they continued to give me the same old story, that is, "we were having technical difficulties with the server your site is on." I asked them repeatedly to move my site to another server but they continue to refuse to do that. I am currently looking to find a new more reliable web hosting company. I only ask that my website is up continuously and I am disappointed with the reliability of Lunarpages. |

Hm-Hm i wasn`t overly impressed.
To be honest, I wasn't overly impressed. They had server problems, didn't delete accounts after moving them to different servers (which caused problems), and we had some problems with tech support being rude.
All that being said, they were VERY responsive to complaints and worked out the problems by giving us a full refund and an apology. My experience may have just been growing pains, someone having a bad day, etc. They did take care of the problem |
