Another bad choice
That is!
I was updating some of my sites and then I wasn't able to log in anymore in my whm/cpanel (a reseller account)
All the sites (over 10) was all down.
After that nothing, they retained all my data,emails account, databases everything about me and my clients and they never answered anymore.
What can I do?
Luckely I have few sites , only personal sites and a few of friends of mine, I could explain the problem to them and it was almost ok. I say almost because of course theyr site are still down and I am having trouble to find another host and setup everything back again...but what if I had 1000 clients?
I would have been ruined!
Many of them would have sued me and wanted money back at least.... what can I do?
