Netfirms.com - good offer, horrible service.
I found netfirms.com had quite a deal offering massive amounts of bandwidth usage per month, and a bundle of webspace.... seemed to good to be true. And unfortunately for me, that's the case. It seems that netfirms has a problem of OVERLOADING their servers. I am hosting over 5 sites with them each of which are experiencing the following issues:
-Too many connections to SQL databases (entire site crashes because of this, happens maybe 10% of the month)
-A netfirms logo/gif shows up in the place of half of your images with the message "CGI error please try again". This happens around 10% of the month).
-Customer service is ATROCIOUS!!! Even if you supply them with screen shots of the problem(s) they'll tell you that there is no problems. They'll offer ridiculous solutions, or just straight out ignore you.
Every time I've had a problem l've had to end up calling long distance (their tech support doesn't have an 1800 number) to speak with a very disgruntled, and equally as unhelpful server tech.
I give netfirms.com two gigantic thumbs down, l'm sorry l ever wasted my money with these people.
