Plus - supports Front Page & easy to use Complaint - hard to reach cust service
My experience with Network Solutions was mostly positive. I used them as my second web host (my first paid one). Their website was easy to navigate, information was easy to find and the help section was actually helpful. My only complaint with them was that it was hard to reach customer service. I could never get them on the phone and they took days to return emails. As a newbie, I needed help FAST! This host does support Front Page and I never had a problem using it.
