The best customer support anywhere!
I have been with novahosting for over 5 years...actually over 6 years now and I will never switch. There are many, many reasons why I will stay but the biggest reaqson is customer support. If you have a question they are always right there... One time I was having a problem with importing a database and Dennis from their tech department stayed up all night and walked me through every thing.... I could'ne believe it....
Also, they have great servers and downtime is very rare...... I mean very rare....
They have excellent control panels with great stats.....
With the work I do(Web Design and Seo) I deal with other servers daily. I also deal with clients that hate their current servers so I know how great Nova is.....
I could go on and on about this company. Just do yourself a favor and before you go with some giant company try a family owned smaller company where the people truly care about each and every one of their clients...
