Very nice service!
PDQ webhosting is very nice. I have been with them for over a month now and they have provided me with great support and a great plan to match it. I am glad I have used them as they reply to support tickets very quickly, the staff and admin is friendly and there has been minimum downtime and even when there was, there was a good reason to do so. |

Very Bad Experience
I had a VERY bad experience with a group called "PDQ Web Hosting" which is supposedly based in Calgary, Alberta in Canada. Their dedicated server(s) seem to be in Florida from what I can gather from arin.net for an IP lookup. I was a reseller for their services, and had a series of very bad servers that they kept moving me around to, and very little or very poor customer service, and lots and lots of outages. In the end, I asked an honest question about their terms of use (why we couldn't host files that we clearly owned the copyright to), and was encouraged to take my business elsewhere. It escalated into an agreement to leave their service and them shutting me off earlier than they'd previously agreed to allow me to move all of my domains. |
