Great Customer Support
Everytime I would have a problem I would go to their website submit a ticket and with in the next hour I got a helpful responce.
Some good things are that they will let you slide or fix your payment problem if the transaction can not be completed. They will not suspend your account for that type of issue.
I once asked about having more mysql databases and the tech said he would give me a couple more for free.
Although their prices and plans were a little high so I switched to a new one. |
