Very poor customer support
If you know what you are doing than Rogers is great for you, its fast and the server uptime is great; however if you don't (which I was as this was my first site a few years ago)the customer support is useless, I could go 2 weeks without a response and when it came it would just beat around the bush and not solve my problems. This made the price value go down for me; but if you know what you're doing the value rating would be closer to 7.
