Very poor customer support
If you know what you are doing than Rogers is great for you, its fast and the server uptime is great; however if you don't (which I was as this was my first site a few years ago)the customer support is useless, I could go 2 weeks without a response and when it came it would just beat around the bush and not solve my problems. This made the price value go down for me; but if you know what you're doing the value rating would be closer to 7. |

A bit pricey but good speeds and uptime
We went to Bell after Rogers due to cost as we found Rogers quite expensive and were told by Bell we would save.
We did save but we found we missed the Customer Service support level which was higher. However, the uptime was a little low for us compared to other providers.
I have heard they are much better now but we needed more uptime when we were with Rogers. |
