Server Uptime
I have never had a problem with the host being on line. A big plus since I used to be with Telus (a horrible company, both in customer service, prices, and product). |

Shaw is pretty reliable overall
I had only a couple issues with Shaw Communications, one was with customer service wait times. The up time is very good and I feel that they are worth the money although I have heard they raised their prices.
Overall, I would use them again as the up times were amazing and I had very few complaints about my site being down. I would suggest comparing their price points though. |

The service tended to stop or slow at certin hours, not as fast (for me) as DSL
when we first joined the service we really liked the fact that it would be much faster then dial up. and it was, but at hours with many people it tended to slow down. our biggest reasion for switching service providers was customer service. perhaps it wasnt ment at all, but we came out of the experince with them feeling like we were not treated as helpfully as we had needed. there would be times where we just didnt get the right help for our needs. the other reasion why we switched was because there prices were expensive , and the service given was not always working as it should. still, they did have a nice speed, and if you do not mind some down time then you may want to look into it. unfortunitly i cannot recomend it as much as i would like to, but hope this company continues to get better and better in there communication, as well as there internet service. |

I have had no problems with shaw. Their customer service is fantastic.
Shaw has an excellent customer service team. Anytime that I have had a problem they are right there to address it. The down time is very minimal. The server speed is fast. I would recommend shaw to anyone looking for a server. |

Shaw Communications - Excellent Host
Shaw Communications is an excellent host. The server is rarely down, the customer support representatives are awesome, the price value is great, and the server speed is also good. |

Fast Speed Reliable Support
The host has been fairly reliable since I have started my service with them. There has been mild downtime while they were performing service in my area or something like that. The speed has been almost instant. They upgraded my router to provide for faster service, free of charge. The one downside to the service has been the price. They offer packages if you purchase cable, internet and other services that they provide. I have been overall very pleased with my internet. Thanks again, Shaw. |
