Another Bad Dream
Well we decided to upgrade hosts, which we went to simplehost. Then a few days ago, they shut our site down, even though we haven`t changed anything on our site, have more members but nothing else changed, and they said we used too much system resources. I don`t see how we weren`t shut down a long time ago, if we haven`t changed anything. If they say they support Perl scripting don`t you think they should support all Perl? Well they must not. If you are looking to use any type of perl I would stay away from these people. Also they customer support is not what they said it was, takes 3-9 days to get one thing answered. At first I thought, wow, 7.50 a month, thats great. Then I found out the less you pay, the less the quality. I would go for something a little more expensive just to use what I want to and not what they want me to use, they told me they would keep it opened if we went to a phpBB board, what the heck, how is someone going to tell you how to run a site that you already paid for, I don`t think so, if they want any customers, they better learn fast. Overall, stay far far away from this company. |
