Cheap -- but customer service is really bad
I've been with site5 for about four years now. In the past year, I've noticed considerable slowdown in server time, and it takes days for them to get back on any trouble ticket.
The support center used to have levels of urgency that you could put on your ticket. They took that option off recently, so now every ticket is treated the same, regardless of the circumstances. In other words, Joe Blow who has a question about a font color on his homepage has the same urgency as someone whose complete site is offline. So your site can be down for days on end before someone finally responds to you and helps you out.
They used to be really good -- but I think they may have gotten too big for themselves and can no longer handle the volume of customers. Even if it's a buck or two more, go with someone else if you want customer service.
