cheap service, poor responses for support
I have used sunnyintl's service for the past 2 years.
Their service is very cheap in comparison to other services. However, I guess there is a bad side to this.
Trying to get a live person on the phone is almost impossible. I always have to leave a msg and wait 1-3 days for a call back.
However, I will say that the server is quite stable and for the price I pay, it's very economical.
When I reach tech support, they often solve the problem, but it's frustrating getting hold of them.
Emails are almost never replied to. |
