Titanium Hosting, easy to use, free hosting
Titanium Hosting is an easy to use, free hosting site with a pretty large bandwidth usage per month considering it is a free host. The only downside is that you need an established site already, and you need to fill out an application form on their forums. I got accepted, and the hosting was easy to set up. There are 4 different kinds of hosting plans there, and you are assigned one of them based on how much bandwidth and traffic your site is getting.
There seems to be a bit of downtime occasionally, but that is usually in the off-hours when most are asleep. The cPanel X they use is user-friendly and you can add a forum or blog easily. Overall, I would recommend Titanium Hosting to others, but only if you have an established existing site, they don't accept brand new sites.
