This host is slow.
This host wasn't the worst that I have seen, although, it was slow and there was very little or no customer support at all. The server itself was kind of slow and it takes a long time to upload via ftp. I would only recommend this host to people who aren't making a professional web site. |

haha... god if i could only say what i feel.
Well I was hosted for about 3 days(when i first started doing the whole website thing). Their excuse was violation of TOS.. since when is a blank HTML page a violation.. and dont get me started on their customer tech support.. I'd rather have a root canal with out sedative tahn attempt to deal with those people. |

Good Layout
I've used a few webhostings and this is by far my favorite its easy to use quick to publish and just a really great site |

There's definitely better out there
Tripod i think just stretched themselves too thin. When I was being hosted there a couple of months ago, the server was extremely slow. People always complained about long download times and my upload times were also very long. On the up side, even though they are slow, they are usually up and running which is a lot better than some other ones I've used. |

Easy to use, plenty of help, good value
This was my first ever host, in approx 1999.
I didn't have a clue where to start, but tripod made it easy. They have their site builder, which is a doddle to sort out.
I still use it to this day.
Tripod also have many links to html help websites, making it easy to find help, when you need it. They also include some scripts like guestbook etc.
Its free. I reccommend it. |
