Terrible service, useless support, and blacklisted servers
WebHostPlus has recently been busy acquiring other web hosting companies (Netbunch, Dinix, etc.) to increase its market share. In every case, this has resulted in a dramatic reduction in service quality.
You really should avoid these people. Their servers seem to be unavailable more often than not, and their support team apparently have no idea what they are doing.
WebHostPlus also appears to be a major source of email spam, referer spam and Wikipedia vandalism, and as a result its IP range has been blocked on many web servers and mail servers. So if your website needs to access other servers or send emails, you can expect problems.

Finally something GOOD!
I have ordered a VPS account from Dinix.com (webhostplus.com) for couple of days ago. I’m forced to ask for refund but only because I’m not ready for VPS.I can tell that they have been very professional in all contacts with me. Their support is really quick and I have received good answers on all my questions. I had a 7-8 open tickets that have been answered for the mostly on the same hour.My experience with Dinix.com is really good. I have reed here on these forum different threads about “Dinix.com this and Dinix.com that…”. I must admit that I was a bit unsure before I gave them my money.
The refund was issued after 15 minutes of my first refund request! To PayPal from operator John G.
I will definitely recommend them to people.
My point is that people shouldn’t follow the wind in all critics, rather check out how the things are going - by them self. |
