100% uptime
The uptime I have with yahoo webhosting is so incredibly good !!! I have never seen my website offline !!
The thing I don't like about it, I am Dutch, live in Belgium and have to call to the US for support !! that's stupid. last time I tried calling them, I had to spell "chateaulexhy" in english. that took me 30 minutes ... I can't spell in english !!! at the end I went to google and typed "police letter alphabet" and said every single letter of it to the customer support there. Finally, they could help me out with my billing problem ( my own fault )
Overall Yahoo gets a 6/10, just because they are a bit slow sometimes ( the website loading ) and they are very expencive compared to all the other webhosts around !
