If you can bring in the traffic, then this is the best host no money can buy
Right now Zoints is an exclusive host in its late beta stages. They will be openin up to the public in about a month or two. Zoints is a network of online communities (Forums). You come up with an idea and a short plan for your forum, and they'll buy the domain of your choise, host it, install vbulletin for free, and provide a plethora of useful hacks to improve your board and google ranking. They even upgrade your server space as your site grows!
I have yet to get any downtime, they provide a networking forum where you can get a response to any sort of coding or database error within minutes, the server is fast, and the price value is as good as it gets - free!
The only downside is that your forum must be active, you have to go out and advertise and keep up with monthly minimum thread requirements. Its not hard, however. After 12 months you no longer have to worry about it.
